Best quality of all the over-the-counter blends of benzoyl peroxide. Not grainy as others are, especially the inexpensive store brands that are available. It's really worth it to spend a little more for PanOxyl.

Love this stuff, cleared up my back after about 3 months of using it consistantly. The only down side it that it bleaches everything it touches - so be sure to wear an undershirt if applying to back or chest.
